Why Share Your Testimony?

  • Testimonies give glory to God and perfect His work in our lives.
    "Jesus asked, 'Didn't I heal ten men? Where are the other nine? Has no one returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?' And Jesus said to the man, 'Stand up and go. Your faith has healed you.'" Luke 17:17–19 NLT
  • It encourages and strengthens others' faith. After Angel Gabriel gave Mary the message from God, he shared Elizabeth's testimony to encourage her faith.
  • Luke 1:36-37 KJV
    36 "Elizabeth, your relative, is six months pregnant with a son in her old age. People said she couldn't have a child.
    37 But nothing is impossible for God."
    38 Mary answered, "I am the Lord's servant. Let everything you've said happen to me."
