From The Pastor’s desk
Beloved,
Greetings of Scheduled Blessings in the Name of Jesus. I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
I believe it is settled in your mind and spirit that stewardship to God and the advancement of His kingdom is the way to enjoy God’s blessing and all round rest. The reward and blessing is in doing the Word, as it is written in James 1:25 NKJV But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.
Be determined to be a doer of the Word and continue to enjoy divine rest for the rest of your life, in the Name of Jesus.
What is the Holy Ghost saying to us this month?
We must understand that God blesses His people through the instrumentality of His Word, as contained in the Bible. He will not do anything outside of the Word of life.
Outside the Word is darkness, confusion, lack, poverty. and death. So, the scripture says: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you…” Hosea 4:6. God’s people are not destroyed because of the wickedness or power of the devil. No! They are destroyed because of lack of knowledge. Again, in Isaiah 5:13 we are told…my people have gone into captivity, Because they have no knowledge… From these bible verses, we see that without His knowledge we are handicapped.
Enduring wealth is one gotten and sustained through the knowledge of The Father, who has called us to glory and virtue(2 Peter 1:3-4).
As we have been told in last month’s teachings, God has plans for everything, and that includes your total well being and prosperity. Following the plan will always brings us victory in all we do.
God’s prophetic agenda concerning your wealth is contained in Zechariah 1:17 Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.
God’s intent is to spread His cities (the Church) to all nations, all tribes and peoples and languages, through prosperity. Matthew 24:14 NKJV And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Through the gospel God Himself is preparing a people through whom He will channel His resources for the advancement of His kingdom(Matthew 6:33). The silver and the gold belong to God – Haggai 2:8. By redemption we have been brought into the covenant of Abraham. Jesus made it possible by paying the ultimate price through His death, burial and resurrection that the blessing of Abraham might come upon us. Galatians 3:13-14 NKJV [13] Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), [14] that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
And in 2 Corinthians 8:9 it is written; You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, so that by His poverty He could make you rich.
This is made manifest to us as we follow with delight His instructions and demands. Remember, whatever He says to you, do it.
This month of July 2022 is declared as our month of “Financial Overflow; My Heritage”. The anchor scriptures are Zechariah 1:17, Matthew 24:14 and Haggai 2:8.
Wealth is your birthright as a believer. Joyful obedience is a non-negotiable requirement in the school of covenant wealth. Our focus shall be the basic foundation for covenant prosperity. As you do what God says, the Lord will deliver to you your inheritance, in the Name of Jesus.
I therefore, welcome you to July, your month of “Financial Overflow; My Heritage”.
Until Next Time, Remember God Is On Your Side!
Yours in Christ,
Benson Oritsejolomisan
