From The Pastor’s desk
Beloved,
Greetings of Scheduled Blessings, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Who has loved, chosen and called us to a blessed and abundant life. This truth gives us confidence that we have eternal life, which God—who does not lie—promised us before the world began.
We have no doubt that the spirit of faith is at work in the life of every participant during this past month tagged: “Faith For Turnaround”. And as you exercise yourself in the promises of God, you will reap and enjoy the reward of a faith lifestyle, as it is written: He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him – Hebrews 11:6.
Now, what is the Lord saying to us as a church family and individuals this month?Understand that life is not a fun fair but a battle field between good and evil, righteousness and unrighteousness, light and darkness. And every believer is at the forefront of this battle. Just like every strong nation always sends their armies to the battle front equipped with the proper and right weapons of war, Jesus has sent every believer into this world with superior weapons of war to keep us winning the battles of life all the time. The Bible says in John 20:21 So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” We are sent into the battle field by the best and strongest.
Top amongst the many list of indestructible weapons given to ensure and sustain our victory is LOVE. God so loved the world(every human being) that He sent Jesus.
Jesus demonstrated His love for the Father, through His birth, death and resurrection, subdued the kingdom of darkness forever and restored the kingdom that Adam lost to everyone who believes and accepts His sacrifice.
Love may appear simple and fragile but it is the greatest weapon in the entire universe given to the saints of God. Love is a mystery. As you walk in the love of God, you will become undefeatable and recover all the lost grounds that belong to you. Walking in love makes you operate like the wind. John 3:8 NKJV The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit. You are privileged to be born of the Spirit.
Love makes all things to work for your good; Romans 8:28.
Therefore, April 2022 is our month of “Love for Restoration”. Now I pray the love of God in your heart this season of resurrection will make all things new. Whatever you have lost shall be restored to you. Joel 2:25 AMPC “And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten…”
Our anchor scripture is 1 Corinthians 2:9 NKJV But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
Walking in the love of God enables you to walk in the covenant, and we know, God is a covenant keeper, not a covenant breaker. He will keep His terms of the covenant. You and I must as a necessity keep the demands of the covenant. When we do our part in the covenant, God is committed to keeping the covenant with us. It is our responsibility to walk in the love of God shed lavishly in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. And when we do this, we provoke supernatural restoration in every area of our lives, families, and interests. I pray this will be our experience as a church family and in our individual lives, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Welcome to April, your month of LOVE FOR RESTORATION!
Until Next Time, Remember, God Is On Your Side!
Yours in Christ,
